• 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Medium to Large fresh Bluefish fillets (no skin)
  • Taco Seasoning, Any Brand
  • Mexican or Spanish Rice Packaged (Box)
  • Taco Shells (Flour or Corn)
  • Taco Toppings (Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole, etc)


Preheat outdoor grill. Make rice in accordance with package directions. Liberally coat both fillets with olive oil. Then coat both fillets, on each side, with taco seasoning.

With the grill on medium high, use a grill basket to cook both sides of the fillets for four minutes each. Remove grill basket from grill and allow to cool for a few minutes while plating rice on a large platter.

Place the fillets in the middle of the rice. With the fixings for taco shells and any other condiments you would like to enjoy with your tacos, use a fork to fill the taco shells with bluefish meat from the platter and ENJOY.
